We treated 2 grandchildren and a friend to lunch today and 2 other grandchildren to lunch yesterday! We had a great time!

7 Brew in Sidney Ohio provided 30 free drinks for my friend’s office.

I accomplished the weekend challenge and provided my neighbors, friends, and family with cold beverages. {Thanks for participating !)

This afternoon I went to the LCC car wash to support the football team and cheerleaders. They did such a fantastic job and were so enthusiastic that I went back to the pay spot and gave them another $5. They worked so hard in that heat!

This young couple, Antoine & Lauren (spelling?) turned this grey, rainy Monday into a much brighter day for my wife,Lisa and I. While unloading my 48 count cases of water, the plastic ripped and bottles flew all over the parking lot. Here comes Antoine to the rescue. Not only did him and Lauren help us corral the runaway bottles, he hoisted the other 48 pack into my vehicle AND returned my cart for me ! Much appreciated, guys and sure made our day. The Lima Noon Sertoma Service Club hosted 50 participants to help youth with hearing and speech issues during the summer, when they may not have access to be resources they receive during the school year.

281 reasons to smile! 🛶 Last Saturday, Marie hosted a Trash Warriors River Float on the beautiful Auglaize River, and what an incredible day it was! Together, Marie, Zach, Jaina, and Jordan removed 281 pieces of trash from the river. That's 281 pieces of litter that will no longer threaten wildlife, pollute the water, or spoil one of our community's greatest natural resources. It wasn't an easy job, but every bottle, can, wrapper, and piece of debris collected makes a real difference for the plants, animals, and people who enjoy the river. A huge thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves (and paddled their kayaks!) to help protect this special place. Conservation happens one small action at a time, and together, those actions add up. And next time you're out enjoying the parks or paddling the river, remember: Leave it even better than you found it.

A wonderful co-Worker named Hope Viola made us a beautiful 4th of July flower pots. She put a sign up sheet if u wanted one and because of her act of kindness we all donated money for her thoughtful act of kindness it was a win win

I made homemade corn salsa and blessed several people with some.

I was at Sam’s the other day and a lady walked in wearing a beautiful black & white dress. I told her how I loved her dress and it is beautiful.

Took my girlfriend to The Works in Newark OH for a glassblowing experience for her birthday. They have appointments every half hour. The people who had the appointment right before ours canceled right as we arrived. They asked the receptionist if they could donate the class to someone else. That someone happened to be me. So we got to go early and both made something

I took my grandkids to the children’s garden for a picnic lunch afterwards we went into the Museum. When we left the museum my granddaughter saw a gentleman sitting beside the building. She asked if we could give him a blessing bag. We drove over and asked him if he’d like a bag & he came up to the vehicle and introduced himself and I asked if we could pray for him. He said yes we prayed blessings over him and he thanked us. ❤

My grandkids and I picked up trash while we were at Lincoln park yesterday.

Ken & Angela cooked up some beef brisket, baked beans and brought chips and water for lunch for the folks in the square. Ken spent Saturday smoking the brisket and at noon the setup a table and handed out a nice Sunday meal in the square downtown. A bunch of these folks probably weren't getting lunch today but because of Angela & Ken's act of kindness these same folks enjoyed some top notch melt in your mouth brisket with some baked beans, chips, water & a pickle spear. Ken & Angela along with their grandsons took the time to love on others and offer up a wonderful meal on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. This 1 act of kindness was a blessing to so many.

The LMHS Trauma team recently donated 145 helmets to support bike safety efforts at Lima Safety City, Delphos Safety City and the Waynesfield Veterans Memorial Park America 250 Celebration. I took my grandson shopping for his birthday today. We arrived at Gamestop just as they were opening. As we got out of the car, I mentioned that he'd gotten his wish to be the first one there. A gentleman approached the door at the same time as we did, and overhearing our conversation, he held the door for us do my grandson could be first. We bought the Pokémon cards we came for, and as we were about to leave the store, this kind man told us to wait. This total stranger purchased a $100 set of Pokémon cards for my grandson and wished him a happy birthday. ! That was an amazing act of kindness, and we will try to pay his kindness forward! We hear so many stories of a negative nature, but this gentleman proved that there are many good people left in the world.
