Kindness Alert - Touch of Europe Bakery Downtown Lima.
I was sent by my wife on a "super special mission". Find some kinda bread with a crunch, for dipping in her homemade veggie soup. I thought I would be in time to get a delicious, crunchy loaf of something, but I just missed out. Sold out !!!! ( Gotta get there early, folks)
To the rescue, Neli To, owner and "super hero" ! She wraps up some panini bread and said "Here try this, on the house...should crisp up nicely"
Long story short, the panini bread crisped up just fine and my mission was successful, thanks to the quick and very kind efforts of Neli To and Touch of Europe Bakery !
