From my Granddaughter, Isabella Wilson's FB post.- "The best part of working in customer service is getting to meet all kinds of people. I had a 91 year old man come in for lottery and then he just wanted to chat! I know some people don't have the patience for the older generation but I personally love sitting and hearing about their lives and everything that they have seen and done, especially veterans. I hate when people in customer service dismiss them so fast, they may not be as swift and sharp as they used to be but without them we wouldn't be here and sometimes they just want someone to talk to, kindness and a few minutes out of the day costs nothing!"
