I was asked by our hall secretary to help out a retiree who needed a garbage disposal replaced in his house. I grabbed what tools I thought I needed and made arrangements to swing by his house. I got there and he told me he was in end stage kidney failure and was dealing with cardiac issues as well. I took out the old disposal and installed new one he had purchased from amazon, checked it for drainage and proper operation. He asked me what he owed me and I said nothing just glad I could help him out. I told him if there was anything else he needed to give me a text or call. I try to do the right thing as I am able, Like the golden rule treat others as you wish to be treated!!
