1. Our neighbor needed help paying her rent so we gave her the money to get caught up. She was concerned about paying it back so we told her to help somebody else in the future.
2. On my neighborhood walks, I take a bag with me to pick up trash. It’s something anyone can do and it makes the neighborhood look better.
3. Whenever I go to the store, I try to find someone in the parking lot that’s almost done loading their groceries into their car and offer to take the cart for them. They appreciate it and I don’t have to wrestle with the carts inside the store. Bonus—if it has a wonky wheel I can easily trade it when I get inside.
