Dealing with insurance companies can sometimes turn in to a nightmare. I had been dealing with a dentist & dental insurance for some time on a claim that became quite frustrating. As my frustration hit an all time high, I was comforted by truly KIND individuals from Delta Dental (Natavia) and Pure Smiles ( Bethany ). These 2 took the matter into their own hands, calmed me down and handled their respective roles professionally and best of all, with KINDNESS.
