Cheers to Linda Morrison, a piano teacher from Spencerville. She volunteers at St. Rita's Medical Center , filling the main lobby with relaxing, beautiful piano music to the delight of patients and staff. I ran into her today and asked her about why she does it and it is merely out of the kindness in her heart and the love of music. We need MORE kind people like Linda, don't we ? I am sure there are plenty of people who appreciate your act of kindness. I know I do !

At a youth wrestling tournament last weekend a mom was desperately looking for someone to coach her son’s matches because his dad couldn’t be there and you’re not able to wrestle without a coach in your corner. I stepped in coached the boys matches for them!

These kind young ladies at Isla Bella Beach Resort, took our rental e bikes and arranged for them to be picked up at the hotel, so I wouldn't have to wait with the bikes. Very kind of them to offer, so Lisa Battles and I could continue enjoying the Keys.

My boyfriend and I received a really high quality, old-fashioned (as in, they don't make them this sturdy anymore!) table and chair set from a kind older couple who were giving it away for free. It made them so happy to be able to give the table to young first time home owners instead of selling it.

My mom sent me a picture of one of her favorite antique pie plates that suddenly broke in the oven. I immediately ordered a new one of the exact same kind on eBay and sent it to her as a surprise.

While we were in Florida, there was a national park that had a $5.00 parking fee. When we pulled in to pay, the attendant waived us in and said that we were already paid for. I inquired about how that happened and he said that a man had given him $100 to pre pay for the next 20 cars and to give them the message of "Hope you have a Great day". How kind is that ? #chilloutanddogoodstuff

Standing in line at the sub shop near work and the credit card machine quit working with the young man in front of me holding his card in hand, after several attempts to get it working I had them ring up mine and add his and I paid in cash just to get things moving along.

We are extra grateful to the volunteers from Nutrien who provided turkeys and lent a helping hand!

At the Gigantes de Carolina Doble AA golf tournament at Palmas del Mar Golf Club in Humacao, Puerto Rico, I witnessed 85 separate acts of kindness unfold. As each golfer checked in, every single one donated to CODERI, an organization in Puerto Rico dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. It was incredible to see how the game of golf brought so many people together to support such an important cause.

Today, my husband, Keith had a heart doctor appointment in Lima. As we were waiting for his turn, a much older gentleman‘s name was called. He headed to the room with the nurse. I believe his name was Mike. My husband noticed his glasses was laying on the chair. He jumped up, grabs Mike’s glasses and took him back to him told her fellow was very much appreciated. He said I hate to lose these. Lol
